Sil-ar Tiss'shar, has grey scales with darker diamond markings dappling his back and limbs, a short head-crest of blue and grey striped feathers, and yellow eyes (loosely based on the grey raptor in this). Has a gambling addiction. Kind of freaks people out as he's a dinosaur doctor and has a predatory air around him, even though he is nothing but professional to everyone around him and is very careful to not present himself in a threatening manner. Native of Fornax Station.
