Kyogre is a sleek, narrow monstrosity of land and water. His agile form is covered in water-resistant fur and dermis, the latter extending over his tail exclusively, while the thin, thick fur swallows the rest. A powerful, muscular tail extending out, resembling that of a great water beast. A majority of his height is made up of long, lanky legs and mighty, they're made for surface water swims. His knuckles are tied with strings of thick black skin, webbing his paws, and his claws are short and bulky. In situations where offence is needed, his jaw cracks open like a shellfish, exposing hundred and thousands of tiny, jagged teeth that glow against the inky depths of his gums and tongue: the rest of his mouth distinguishable only by a line of salty froth.

>> Characteristics: 

A uniform coat of cool blue fur- often compared to the rocks lining the elevated grounds of Norvagens- covers his front half, a lighter, cooler grey glazing his bottom jaw following his maw and then following the underside of his body. The stone grey of his face is pierced by a black unmatched in darkness, following his cheekbone and cloaking his ears and scruff in the color until about his shoulders where it drizzles to the centre of his chest. More of the black swallows his back half, this time flowing towards his chest in a lazy way, fading into two droplets of splashed paint. Each forearm is a different color; the front right being an anguishing white, the front right being more of the black and his back two being the same as his topcoat of fur.
