the only inhabitant left from before the nuclear power plant melted down. this would make them mentally older than the rest of the town but they physically appear to be in the same age range due to being kept in stasis.
he's a human but seems to come from an unnatural origin... has both alien and human dna and is distantly related to billy. has no idea what the town was like pre nuclear meltdown, they were kept locked away in a very small 2-3 room cell. they remember a lot of scientists and experiments though. twitchy and skittish, she often acts erratically and in ways nobody else understands.
has a tough time being social and her first thoughts when meeting people are usually fearful ones.
