It's supposed to be ambiguous! He's kinda fleshy (tubes included) but it's not out of question that he's at least partially robotic :3

Nods nods! I thought it was more fleshy tubes, but I just refused to say veins as that almost.. didn't feel right HA \ - But honestly that really cool that he's part robot! Really cool design work as usual =w=)9 !!
