adopts/freebies/??

Ok uhh i didnt know if i wanted to make these guys ota, wta, or none of the above so.... 

FYI you can only get one per person \\ Ill just give them based on random factors, for example im more likely to give one as a freebie if you have less characters/dont hoard

OR to get them guarenteed you can:

A) Offer art/characters for em (might not accept characters im kinda picky)

B) WTA for em

C) Dta!! (draw to adopt'

If your not doing the higher chance and just asking for one I still have random/probably unfair reasons ill give em to you (pfp, tone,etc)

Characters gone: #7, #2, #3, #4 \\ kinda tent on #5 for now
