Viola

Viola is Aurel's overworked, under appreciated and blind slav... maid. As she is blind, nobody else would hire her, even if she is very agile + well aware of her surroundings. Aurel's crest is a detailed/decorated key, so keys will often be showing in Viola's or Aurel's clothing design. They both also often carry a key with them. Nobody knows if the keys they carry can actually open something.
