Name: Mononeko Gender: Female Talent: -- Personality: Mononeko gives off an elegant and refined sort of vibe, and is actually a perfectly pleasant person who holds no particular ill-will towards any of the participants. She is completely willing to indulge in any of their requests within reason and can hold a conversation with them without issue. Mononeko enjoys the presence of the participants and enjoys interacting with them, and is happy when they find something to be happy about. All of this being said, it is completely out of the question to think that Mononeko is undevoted to the killing game. She will uphold the rules without hesitation and does not entertain any sort of negotiation to undermine it. Mononeko is always vague regarding the purpose of the killing game, but is willing to clearly state that she was not forced into overseeing it. She doesn't particularly like executing the blackeneds, but she'll still do it. Sometimes, Mononeko can be found sitting alone with a cup of tea, silently enjoying a book. This is a hobby of hers, and considering that she has the cat Mononeko to remain watching the participants, she sees no harm in indulging herself. After the first time, the participants stopped making the mistake of thinking that finding Mononeko doing such a thing meant that she wasn't aware of everything that was happening. Mononeko doesn't mind if people join her during such moments, instead welcoming their company. However, she also knows that, as the overseer of the killing game, she is not trusted or particularly thought of fondly by the participants, so she is equally willing to remain in solitude. The human Mononeko has a greater authority than the cat Mononeko, as she gets the final say over any and all disputes. The cat Mononeko can be mass produced, should the situation call for it, but there is only one of the human Mononeko -Despite being the overseer of the killing game, Mononeko is a perfectly pleasant person to talk to, and engages in idle chat with several of the participants on many occasions. She enjoys their presence and holds no ill-will towards them -She started wearing the bell because the participants kept getting scared by her when she came up to them since she walks so quietly
Design notes: -There are multiple reds, blacks, and whites on her design, not just one set -She has bows in both of her pigtails. Also, only a little bit of her hair is in pigtails, while the rest is loose -Her boots have special soles, which resemble cat paws -The cat form is drawn roughly to scale compared to her human form, granted that it may be drawn a little on the big side (so it's slightly smaller than shown) -It is unknown whether or not Mononeko's human form has human ears as well. She makes it a point that her hair is always covering the area where they would be, so no one knows -The red eyeliner is only under her red eye. It is not under her gray eye -The cat form and human form can appear together -Her pupils are slits, like cat eyes
