Please read if considering commissioning me OR if you own ANY of my designs

Do not Sell/trade my designs to anyone labelled as so in my blacklist. It is there as I am not comfortable with them owning my designs being associated with them. If you need more information about my blacklist please ask ^^

Do not remove my watermark/label on art or designs

Do not Miscredit me on toyhouse or any other social media platform

Do not trace my work without my express permission, you may receive permission if doing so purely for practice

Do not change any aspects of my drawings without my knowledge

Do not underpay me- or your piece will not be completed until the complete amount is sent

Do not use snarky, rude or any kind of impolite comments during conversation, handle any issues with respect, and treat me with the same respect

If I feel uncomfortable with how I am treated during a commission, I have a right to cancel the commission at any point, but I must have a very clear reason, and you would be 100% refunded

Once the commission has been agreed upon, prices will not change, or be negotiated.

Payment can be accepted before, or after the sketch process, but once the sketch has been completed and okayed and line work has started you may not ask for a refund, and the commission will be finished to completion- work on lineart will not start until payment has been made

By agreeing to commission me, you must have read these rules, understand and accept them. Any questions you have about these TOS should be asked before payment, before the commission has been approved

If I see these rules being broken, depending on the severity and extent, I may take measures as
Refusing business in future
Blocking
Blacklisting (severe cases)
