Winifred

Winifred is a being that resides in the area the Raymond lives in, and is known as the "Boogeyman".
He is a savage thing and eats anyone he comes across. He is very spunky and tricky, and no one has really gotten a good image of him because of his stealth and speed. He also eats anyone who attempts to document him.
