Leavon is one of the current Elite Four members of the Surroh region, and has been acting as such for longer than Artace has even been Champion. Artace, previously being a member of the Elite Four before taking the role of Champion from the previous acting Champion, assisted him in gaining this role. the two of them have been rather close ever since they met, having hit things off quickly and just gotten closer since.

Leavon is a very well known figure in the region, being the main "face" (and lead singer) of a band, put together with the other current Elite Four members. their band is known as The Dreamchasers. the four of them have all been friends for a very long time, and went on their initial journey together even. he handles a lot more publicity than the other three, doing a lot of interviews, dealing with the press and media, and even political events. the only one seen anywhere near as often as him is Cain Kiorum, the Fairy Type specialist of the group. however, even then, they aren't seen as often as Leavon.

Leavon was initially born in Sinnoh, adopted at a very young age by the Psychic Elite Four member, Lucian. he was raised around Pokemon, his entire childhood he was exposed to them, in many different ways - contests, battles, even casual contexts. his father and his father's coworkers very rarely didn't have their Pokemon out and about - helping them with household chores, or just as companionship. they all lived together in a living space provided for the Elite Four and their family - something the Surroh region shares, that Leavon has learned tends to be fairly common among Leagues with an Elite Four.

Leavon received his first Pokemon, a Skorupi, from Aaron, the Sinnoh Bug Type Elite Four, when he was 12 years old. Aaron's Drapion had recently ended up with a random egg, which had hatched - and he'd gotten permission from Lucian to give him the resulting baby. he was more than old enough to start as a trainer after all. and then, couple months later, on his 13th birthday, Lucian gifted Leavon an Eevee as well, and helped him to begin his journey in Sinnoh!

despite beginning his journey in Sinnoh, he admittedly didn't get very far before deciding to refocus his efforts. he left the region to move to the Surroh region - and immediately developed close bonds with others.

he and one of his current bandmates, Ennox Fylamein, initially started off as rivals. they didn't get along as well back then, butting heads very often - and the results of this rivalry are still clear today, with the two of them bantering and testing each other in battle very often. but there's a lot less genuine tension than when they were teenagers.

Artace is a bit older than the four of them, and was already long finished with his journey and acting as an Elite Four member by the time they reached the League.

Leavon had always known he wanted to be an Elite Four member, to follow in his father's footsteps in a sense. however - he is a very indecisive person. for a very long time, he couldn't figure out what he wanted his type specialty to be, unable to decide between the Poison and Dark types. eventually, he decided he wouldn't feel right without both his Umbreon and his Drapion on his team. despite having many, many Poison type Pokemon he loves - and still takes care of - he made the decision to focus on Dark types for his Elite Four team. however, a battle with him outside of a proper League battle, may see him using quite the variety of Poison types!

Leavon has multiple scars on his person, due to training his Pokemon. however, the most obvious one would be the one over his eye. while training his Tyranitar, soon after said Pokemon had evolved, an attack missed a target and instead hit Leavon. this scared both of them - and was one of the most dangerous injuries he'd ever received during training. he was very close to losing an eye, and was lucky he didn't, let alone receive more damage. neither of the two of them were at fault for this - they weren't being particularly careless in training or anything. it was the first time Tyrant specifically had injured Leavon as well, and while it took some time and recovery, it lead to the two of them having an even stronger bond than before.

Leavon often travels out of the region - sometimes alongside the other Elite Four, but sometimes even just on his own. he maintains bonds with the Leagues of other regions, connecting and communicating with their Gym Leaders, Elite Four, and Champions. he and his bandmates can very often be found in Galar and Unova particularly - the music scenes in these regions tend to lead to very wonderful and popular tours and concerts.

The Dreamchasers, very soon after establishing themselves as a band and gaining popularity, traveled to Galar for a tour, to attempt to boost their popularity even further, and as a bonus, begin connecting with other regions. they very quickly met Piers - and Leavon fell head over heels. he'd already had a bit of a fanboy puppy crush on him, but it quickly developed into a genuine crush, and then love, as he got to know him.

Leavon has been in love with Piers for many years at this point in time. and he hasn't tried to hide it from the people around him! while he's never confirmed anything to the press, all of his close friends are absolutely aware of his feelings for Piers. honestly, to Leavon, it feels like everyone is aware - except Piers himself.

Leavon has written a love song for Piers. again, he has never confirmed that it was written for him to the media, and hasn't directly told Piers either. the first time he publicly performed the song, he had crashed one of Piers' concerts - it was the closing song of the night.

Leavon and his bandmates write all of their own songs. they've never confirmed which songs are based on actual experiences in their lives, and which are merely stories they're telling that they made up.

while performing in Unova, Leavon has also interacted with many of their Gym Leaders. less so with their Elite Four, the only one he's interacted with more than once even is Shauntal. however, he is rather close with Roxie - especially considering she's his girlfriend!

she and Leavon keep their relationship very secret - only a few close friends, and Roxie's other partners, are aware of it. Roxie works to keep her romantic life out of the spotlight, keeping her personal life and her fame separate, especially as her other partners are also rather particular about this. Leavon respects this wholeheartedly.

Leavon has also written a song about her - and it was this song that made her realize that he liked her. she confronted him after he'd performed it publicly the first time, having immediately realized it was about her. he was clear about being utterly in love with Piers, and she had previously confided in him about her partners as well.

he will forever find it absolutely amusing that he got a girlfriend before Piers even realized he loved him. Leavon has tried to confess multiple times, in many different ways - however, every way that has actually gone as planned has been too subtle for Piers to pick up on. and, every time he's tried to be more direct, something has gone wrong. but the funniest part of it all is that he thought he was a homosexual, binary trans man before developing feelings for Roxie. after a very confusing gender and sexuality crisis, he realized that this was, indeed, not the case! he doesn't tend to use proper labels for his gender or sexuality anymore.
