Arachne is a charming woman, many visitors of the funeral home take a liking to her. She's kind and gentle, always giving her condolences to those who loose their loved ones as she knows the pain of loosing those close to you. 

She is also a woman with a mystery, despite being close to the family; she's never talked much about herself or her past. Maybe that's how people are drawn to her? 

Arachne has a fascination with spiders, commonly referring herself as Arachne more than her birthname (Arianna) as well as including spider motifs in her outfits. She has a pet spider named Cleome. 

Appearance

Arachne has tan skin with long dark-magenta hair as well as dark brown eyes, she wears red eyeliner on the bottom of her eyes and red lipstick. She wears a black headband with a modern-style Filipinana dress with spider webs embroidered onto it with black heels and white gloves with lace. She is plus-sized. 

Relationships

Vesper

Arachne met Vesper when they were a teenager (around the time she became friends with Vesper's mom). She's an aunt-like figure to Vesper, but the two of them aren't that close. Arachne tries to take care of Vesper more after their parents passing. 

Enzo

The two briefly dated, but are now just friends. Arachne still has lingering feelings for Enzo but tries not to acknowledge it. 

Florian

She acts like she tolerates Florian, but can't stand his uptight attitude. They try to avoid each other at work since it seems like they both have a mutual dislike towards each other. 

Her hatred also seems to stem from Florian's closeness with Enzo. 

Sullivan

Arachne actually likes Sullivan, she thinks he lights up the mood a lot. Especially with everything going on in their town, it's good to have a laugh or two. 

Lorelei

Arachne has talked to Lorelei a few times and empathizes with her loss. They usually run into each other when Lorelei is sneaking into the cemetery at night when she's tending to the graves. Many-a-time Arachne has warned her about digging too deep, but that point has been surpassed already. 

    Likes dressing up in more traditional Filipina clothing.

    She carries a rosary with her at all times. 

    Other bugs she likes are moths, ladybugs and beetles. 

    She likes to leave flowers on headstones that don't have many visitors. 

    Her birthday is October 13th.
