The Saint is an offshoot of The Regulator; a mix between The Regulator and something... Else? To put it simply The Regulator splintered a small piece of His soul off and permeated it with Something to create The Saint. The Saint is less a kid of His and more like a partial weird clone of The Regulator sdjflkdjlkdfj I don't know I literally had a dream about this dude and it was wildddd okay lmao

- Rarely seen without a smile. If they aren't smiling then something is wrong.
- They're very young for an angel. They have a lot to learn but in the meantime they're a bit annoying to others because they haven't learned manners n shit yet DJFLDKFG
- The world looks very purple and foggy to them due to them not having eyes. They CAN see but their vision is Very Weird and Disorienting, so they sometimes wear a blindfold.
- Has electricity powers! Their staff helps them control their powers a bit but without it they can and do accidentally shock people alllll the time DJFKDFGJLK
- Always looks foggy/weirdly glitchy/etc. especially to others. Some theorize this is because they're still getting used to having a Tangible Form™ but literally who knows........ sdfkjdhfkdfg
