He's an APD (Anti-Procrastination Device), an artificial critter that follows you around and always reminds you of the time, notifications, homework and agenda at all times. A good boi (a bit... annoying- but a good boy indeed). 

PRECAUTIONS: Don't set them incorrectly. If you do they'll squeal at you and run around if you then try to fix them (since they'll think they just want to turn the alarm off and procrastinate -coff- something I'd definetly do tbh).
WARNING: All attampts to hack, pirate, attempt to remove firewall, or access and copy it's data will... make something happen. Idk man I'm not good with computer stuff Dx.
