Design Terms of Service

Please contact me on Instagram (fxc_2.0) or Discord (fxc_2.0) if you have any questions or concerns.

General:

Once you own a character designed by me, you acknowledge that you are in compliance with all my terms.
I am not responsible and will not compensate or be held liable if someone has used my designs to scam others or has created inappropriate content using my designs or art.
Publicized art of my designs that includes/depicts subjects such as: inappropriate or sexual content with minors, NSFW, hate speech, or racism, will not be tolerated, and will result in a block and blacklist.

Copyright and Usage:

I retain all copyrights over my designs and artwork and reserve the right to post the piece online and/or present it in portfolios (unless discussed otherwise).
I will not merchandise or further profit from my designs after they have been sold.
If the character is public, credit for the design must be visibly given to me, (@fxc_2.0).
All my character designs/adopts are for personal use only by default. You may not merchandise or use my designs or art to make profit.
*Please contact me if you would like to commission me to design a character intended for commercial use, or if you want to purchase commercial rights to an existing design.

Reselling / Trading:

Please refrain from selling my designs for more than their original sales price if they have no additional art.
Please refrain from selling my designs that were free/raffled if they have no additional art.
All art, redesigns, alternate forms, and different species versions of my designs must be sold together if you sell/trade/gift the character.
I do not police or keep track of who owns, sells, trades, or gifts my designs and will not compensate or be held liable if someone has used my designs to scam others.
*Please use caution when trading and selling characters in general to insure you receive a fair sale/trade.

Redesigning / Alt Forms:

You are free to make alternate color pallets, color/pattern alterations, new outfits, and different hairstyles for my designs as you please.
You are free to create alternate forms or different species versions of my designs, provided you have permission from the artist/species owners.
You may not edit or draw over the top of my art when creating alternate forms, outfits, hairstyles, or for any other purpose. Please draw or use your own base or a p2u/f2u one.
Do not delete the character’s original design or any other art drawn by me. I am not obligated to provide the original files if they have been deleted or lost.
