A God Man Digimon with a resemblance to a four-horned Sheep. Unlike other Digimon of its level, it fully believes in strength in numbers, and can easily amass a large herd of followers with its prideful yet benevolent personality. It has a degree of control over the weather, and while it is largely a peaceful Digimon, if upset in any way it is capable of bringing great disaster to the surrounding area. Its Signature Move is channeling electricity through its golden staff to superheat it and strike the enemy (Metallurgy). Its Special Move is hitting its drums to charge up and launch a gigantic lightning strike at the opponent (100,000,000 Volts).

• It is a redesign of Panimon, an unused Digimon from Adventure V-Tamer 01, adding my own spin to it as I felt the original design wasn't quite as different from Mephismon as it should be
• It is based on a Jacob Sheep, a four-horned breed, a shepherd, and elements of Enel from One Piece. Its name comes from Fulgora, a roman lightning goddess.
