Design Terms of Use
IN REGARDS TO ADOPTS
i. RULES OF ACKNOWLEDGMENT
- YOU cannot trade, regift nor sell any of my adopts/customs without my consent. Please ask. :) This is to prevent giving adopts to those that are blacklisted.
- If you steal any of my adopts, you will also be blacklisted. I will take this to the upper authorities of the platform this is occurring through.
- If you are having a character transferred/uploaded into toyhou.se have it remain on the toyhou.se platform. If leaving the platform I do ask to check in with me before doing so on behalf of keeping track of the character.
ii. REFUNDS AND PAYMENTS
- There will be no refunds.
- Payments are expected be paid 50/50 or in full AND to me, unless stated otherwise. Nobody may accept money for my creations that were not USD purchased unless with my consent or if there as been added artwork.
- If you may not trade the adopt in any different currency other than the one you have payed with UNLESS you have purchased something in different currency for it.
iii. DESIGNS TERMS OF USE
- Refer to my TOS. If to regift, retrade or resell the adopt, it must be sold at either equal or higher value AND WITH MY CONSENT please. If you are doing either of those things, make sure to show the adoptee my TOS.
- DO NOT claim any of my designs. Revamping is allowed, but majority of the credit must still belong to me. Do not edit the character(s)' design beyond recognition.
