Erhys is a mixture of organic and mechanical compounds; when he was nineteen, he submitted himself to undergo an operation as part of a containment project for escaped experiments under the Empire of Allag. Grafts run the length of his body; over his arms, legs, torso, and genitals; his heart has been completely replaced, along with the blood it pumps. While his brain still remains organic, anything that might persevere in terms of personality or morals is buried underneath complex weaves of programming and binary commands.

- Although the procedure was incredibly invasive on his humanity, Erhys still manages to retain some sense of it. Small flashes of emotions- smiles, frowns, or a quirked eyebrow- can be seen very rarely.
- The blue hue that shows in the grafts in his skin is from the fluid that replaced his blood, and fuels the machinery within his body. It is similar to the element ceruleum, and can be interchanged with it.
- Despite the operation, he can (and does frequently) consume normal food - interestingly enough, the augments have increased his sensitivity to flavor and spices, and has come to prefer more neutral foods because of the otherwise overwhelming taste.
