Chester is a good and lonely guy with clothes too big to him and a desire to make people laugh. he hand around town. chester's very lonely, and pass the time by walking.
he was an old friend of ston, but after what happened between all of them, chester decided to leave them. he heavily regret his decision now.

PERSONALITY
crybaby - pensive - hypocrite
chester is a kid who loves to make friends, but is incredibly unlucky with who he find. he is kinda of a hypocrite, who will do anything to find someone to talk to. his kindness and devotion have caused him a lot of problems, and he was incredebly mistreated because of this. he cries a lot, and can be manipulated easily.
he will lie to please, and he is very bad at keeping secrets. after his time with pica, mania and ston, he learned to be silent unless spocken to. he often lose himself and hate it.
most of the time, he follow people around and love to talk. yet nobody really listen to him, so he shuts up after a while. the red part of his face sometime speak to him, but it isnt kind words. the only time he decided to listen was when he left ston, pica and mania, and even after what hapened between him and ston he didnt snaped. now he is very lonely.

DESIGN NOTES
so like i said in trivia, the left part of his head isnt another personality. i still find it fun to sometimes draw the left part almost leaving the sort of yellow patch. its just for art purposes.

the colors in his patch are differend and almost inversed. ignoring the face part that is independant, if the hat is in the patch, the blue become yellow and the yellow become red. there is NO BLUE in the patch. only yellow and red.
the patch can grow and dont stay the same.

HISTORY
I. HEADER
chester was born in the purgatory, in a circus theme district. all the people in there have bright colors. he wanted to grow up and became a clown, and is very good at it ! yet he has to move out with his family. at a new place, chester manieurism was percieved like clumsy and anoying. confused, chester couldnt make a single friend.
always alone, he decided to try his best to make friend, and with the years, became quite desperate.
thats when he met pica, a bunny, that invite him to hang out. chester was so desesperate he really wanted to not fuck this up.
II. HEADER
with pica, he met another group of kids, and he is finally happy since he got a friendgroup. blinded by his euphoria, he start to realize they arent really good people, pica often going into bad situation and manic just not helping people and laughing when they are in bad situation. yet the fear of ending up alone again keep him from doing anything, preferably just staying out of trouble and watch.
he start to grow close to ston, wich look like another kid that dont really want to be part of this but still stayed. understanding eachother, ston and chester decided to stay together and not falling with pica and manic, but to still stay close in case (because even tho they arent really nice, they still appreciated them)
yet everything went downhill when one day, ston come to pica and manic, looking miserable and angry. seeing he wasnt in his right mind, chester try to talk him out, since ston seamed not that stable and chester was scared he could do something stupid. that when ston just screamed at him, angry he wasnt approving what he was doing, and clearly wanting chester to let him alone. chester was really not happy, and scared for ston, but he let ston do what he want and follows, in case.

after a while, ston start to get into serious trouble, and chester talk him out of doing worst things. a few days after that, ston appologized, and was forgiven. yet when pica invited them at a party, ston relapse again. chester try to talk him out of it but ston just dosent care. a few times this happens, until one night, ston really try drugs and mixes things that mounths later he swored he wouldnt try. chester is desesperate, and finally takes the risk and intervenes. ston and him have a HUGE argument and ston say things that really hurt chester. the guy leave, hurt and sad.
after this, chester could watch ston become an addict and do things he, at a time, wasnt confortable with. sad and hurt, chester just decide to leave them, not wanting this anymore, especiallly when ston almost was angry when chester didnt want for the hundred of time to try. he leave them and never go with them again. at first pica and manic questions him, but now, just past right close by without even looking at him.
chester is now very alone, and even if its supposed to be better to be alone than with them, chester regret a lot his decision, hating the loneliness. now he hangs out alone with his friend strawberry and dont even try to make friends anymore. he still want to become a clown, and plan to return to his birth disctrict to became one. but can bring himself to try to make friends, too hurt by what hapened. his parents got him a therapist by phone, wich helps him a little.

at first, pica was close to chester, him having a relation of good friend. yet chester finally saw after his euphoria died down how pica was nice, but most importantly very pushy and not caring of people around her, only wanting fun, even if its fun for herself. after leaving them, chester feels guilt when closed by her. even if he knows its not his fault. pica just have this effect on people.

chester, when meeting pica, was really happy. but mania was really not his vibe, and chester was always uneasy with him, manic just strait up admit he didnt care about anyone. after seeing how sadist the guy was, chester was kinda already avoiding him. after leavng them, the remark manic tell to him was hurtfull, but not surprising.

now in relation with a therapist, chester start to be a little bit better, but still feels hella lonely. chester often feels like chips judge him, wich isnt the case. the could be good friend, but chester feels like chips is only here for his job. (wich was true at first, but chips genually like the guy and would want to be friend with him if they didnt met in this context)
