Rolls [18+] gives the target the !FROZEN status. This move always gets a super effective bonus [+2] on WATER TYPES.
WATER PULSE
On rolls [16+], the target gains [-2] !CONFUSED.
CALM MIND
The user receives a [+2] OVERALL for 5 turns. This move cannot be stacked, but can be used in succession if the buff is removed.
