♡ Ranger and his older brother Sargent were named after The War, as their father was fighting in it. However, his father died when he was only a baby. Ranger doesn’t remember his racist father.
♡ Ranger has no idea he is the grandson of Mr. Wolf.
♡ Ranger and Sargent only grew up with their mother as she never remarried. She was racist too and told her boys that only cats mattered.
♡ Ranger never moved on from The War. He hated his uncle Julian and blamed him for their father’s death. He caused The War. He caused Ares to die. Ranger decided he couldn’t live in the same world as Julian. He did not want to find a wife or have a family, he wanted Julian dead.
♡ Ranger came to Julian days before Julian‘s 66th birthday. He wanted to show his uncle a surprise, and shot him right there. Reality hit and Ranger couldn’t believe he succeeded in avenging his father’s death, but knowing he no longer had a chance at a good life decided to shoot himself right after.
