Description: Hiro has the ability to manipulate and control the lifeforce or energy of living beings, both absorbing and giving it. He can channel this energy into specific parts of his body for defense or attack, but this ability has a significant drawback on his body due to his fragile condition. Overuse or overexertion can lead to dislocations, breaks, and other injuries. Hiro must use this power strategically and sparingly due to the risks it poses to his own health.

Awakened Quirk: He can sense any living being around him if he concentrates on it and he won't need line of sight to drain them or give them energy/life force. However, being far away from the target increases the chance of Hiro collapsing from overexertion.
