Hewett was very much neglected from a very young age. Both her parents were relatively rich (and well-known drug dealers which caused spending little to no time with her). During her times living in neglect, she often saw PADA members and curious little Hewett decided to befriend them not knowing that they had (sliglty(?)) negative intentions. One of them was Henry Richardson. When Hewett 16, Richardson decided to take her in and look after her as if she were her daughter.

Now she works on Standard Island along with Lawson, Llyod and Palmer, often sending letters to other members (Banjo, Franklin, Harpur and especially Richardson) about her new experiences.
