Actual name is Locar, but when the island expedition crew show up, Saedel nicknames him "Twinkie" due to his appearance and her assumption that he did not have a name already.
Unfortunately, despite him not knowing what a Twinkie is, the nickname seems to stick amongst the expedition crew members.

He spends most of his time hanging around Henbane after she stops Forager from killing him for a quick snack. Leading to him forming a bond and being protective and attached to Henbane.
