𓆩 My Art and Ocs 𓆪
❥ Sharing my artwork is allowed but you must give me credit by tagging one of my socials if possible. If you cannot find me on a specific platform, link my Toyhouse profile.
❥ Drawing my ocs is allowed, I appreciate and love it so much when people do. Please transfer the artwork to their toyhouse if you do <3
❥ NSFW and suggestive art of my characters is fine unless you are a minor (under 18) or the character in question is a minor or minor presenting. You may also draw characters smoking if they smoke.
❥ Do not reupload or post my characters and ocs artwork anywhere without my permission. The only artwork you may upload is artwork drawn by you. Please give credit to the character by linking their toyhouse.
❥ Do not copy my character's designs. Light inspiration is fine, but your design must not copy or resemble my designs or characters.
❥ Do not trace, copy, or take credit for any of my artwork, ocs, characters, designs, or adopts. You cannot make my characters and ocs on a new Toyhouse character.
❥ Do not use my artwork in AI art programs or anything AI-related.
୨ Adopts and Sales ୧
❥ No refunds after purchase. You may resell if you no longer want the character/design.
❥ Gifting, trading, and reselling any of my adopts, customs, and ocs is fine. Do not resell my adopts, customs, and ocs for higher than the price they were bought at unless art was added. If art was added, you may add the value of the art to the price.
❥ Do not resell any of my Toyhouse adopts, customs, or ocs outside of Toyhouse nor can you delete their toyhouses.
❥ If a custom does not get paid for, I will sell them as an adopt.
❥ Redesigning adopts, customs, or ocs after purchasing is fine as long as you keep the credits and artwork of the old design somewhere on their Toyhouse.
❥ Do not alter the original photos and artwork for my adopts, customs, or ocs unless given permission to do so. If redesigning them, you must redraw them or start on a blank base.
❥ Do not delete or remove artwork from characters I sell or trade. You may hide the images from being seen publicly but do not delete them.
❥ Using my adopts, customs, or ocs after purchase for NSFW art is fine unless the character is a minor, minor presenting. Zoophilic and Beastiality artwork with them is not allowed, this does not include Nsfw furry art, just Nsfw artwork to do with full on anatomical animals/animal characters.
ʚ Base Sales ɞ
❥ Do not take credit for any of my bases, you must give me proper credit. P2U bases are not allowed to be traced or redistributed.
❥ Altering my base is fine to an extent. You may alter the face, ears, tail, add (or alter) hair, and add accessories and clothes. You cannot change it to where it is unrecognizable nor remove or cover up my signature off of the bases.
❥ You may use my bases for adopts and your characters but you must give credit to me by linking my Kofi or adding my toyhouse to the credits on toyhouse.
