You cannot make any dodge or defense rolls against the user with NO GUARD. The user cannot make any dodge or defense rolls against you, either.

This move breaks barriers such as Light Screen, Aurora Veil, Safeguard, and Reflect. Every individual that is under the effect of the above moves must have Brick Break used on them to remove its effect.
