Ossie

  Ossie vaugly remembers an old shop location. He doesn't think back on it too often, simply because it's not too relevant, but he can recall the light coming in through the window being colored by bits of semi-translucent paper. There are other things too, but that's the strongest. He wishes he remembered more about his parents, mostly for Dally's sake, rather than his own, but, it's okay. He knows it's something he should perhaps be more emotional about, but he's so lucky to have such a stable family, it's not a thought that really crosses his mind that often.

   He has many more memories of living with auntie Dallan and uncle Dil, many very fond memories! He loves his aunt and uncle greatly, and enjoys their little home together. They took, and still take, very good care of him! He loves them both deerly, and is very good about cleaning up after himself and being somewhat self sufficient.

   Both Dillan and Dil refused to drop her off at the founding house, even when they were away, and for a long time took MUCH shorter trips for his sake, something he appriciates to this day. For times when they had to go out adventuring, they were good about hiring a babysitter by the name of Noomar, who took good care of him. She brought him out to the library one day, and it was here Ossie fell in LOVE with reading and all things storytelling.

   Not a day went by when Ossie didn't beg to be taken to the library or wander there on his own. She LOVED books and their power, and the things that could be brought to life with characters, it inspired her-! Everything within the pages brought her so much intrique and fun. Though, as the days drift by, Ossie knows the world calls on her more and more to join reality.

    Ossie has refused to go adventuring, or kill a monster, despite Dally's offerings to help him, and Dilly's and Nooms, and pretty much everyone he's ever met. They want to help him be more self sufficient, but Ossie just doesn't feel that's the way to do it. Though he still wanders the wildlands via the safety of protected paths, he feels no need to fight or attack the monsters that wander the landscapes.

    However, as the others in his life urge him more and more to follow this path, she moves to seek her own and begins to find some oddities about the nature of the world.
