Celan recently began her merchant life, and is--officially--traveling Sinnoh to find new wares and clientele. She travels as unrestrained as the wind, often at the behest of others, and all the while fluently spewing half-truths and empty words with a well oiled tongue.
Lately, she has also taken a liking to Noah. He seems to make annoying tasks a lot easier.
