Charlotte appears to be overconfident, shallow, and self centered. However, this is far from the truth. She tends to be kind and considerate to those around her, always trying to help people for the better. Charlotte cares a lot for those around her and even for strangers. Charlotte will go out of her way to try and look out for others if she can. While not quite bubbly, she has a regal-like aura around her that makes her feel a bit like a leader and someone to admire. She's noted to be warm and knowledgeable.
Charlotte is known to be quite beautiful in a regal way. She is of average height, with a rounded oval sort of face. She has long and curly silver colored hair that she tends to keep pushed back in a ponytail or with a headband. Charlotte has almond shaped eyes and bright blue eyes. Her clothing tends to be quite expensive and very high end.
Charlotte was born into a very wealthy family. Her family comes from a long line of Diamond Quirks, which led to the development of Astor Corps many generations ago. Charlotte was born with quite the admirable quirk, Diamond Touch and Creation, which far exceeded most of her families quirks. Looking to keep their family on top, Charlotte's family saw an opportunity to use Charlotte for the creation of more diamonds for their company. To prevent any harm from coming towards her, Charlotte's parents kept her tucked away in the best schools and heavily monitored while growing up. She was very reserved because of this, but nonetheless still yearned to make friends and have a life.
As Charlotte grows up, she begins to yearn for more in her life. While not wanting to be a hero, she wants to be seen as a normal girl and not someone known for her families legacy. With growing tension from her parents, she begins to live alone in a modest apartment. Charlotte thinks about what she wants to do in the future, and decides she wants to speak out against Quirk Abuse.
While in high school, she meets Katsuo Yagami, and quickly falls in love for her kind heart and free personality. Upon getting to know him, she learns of his home life and how he hardly has one. Charlotte offers a place for Katsuo to stay, to which he does, and the two of them become friends.
