Goyún

Goyún is Kotaro's next door neighbor and childhood best friend. He is super smart and loves engaging in science activities. He does well in school even though he's a year younger than most of his class. He derives from the Dog villagers within the Parallel World unbeknownst to him. His power is to make machines from his thoughts so they can be faulty if not prepared enough. Even when he has this power, he still likes to tackle things hands on from time to time.
