Can't be used or bought.
Don't use this work in any shape or form unless you purchased it.
If you use my artwork or draw the character/use the design for the first time, credit me. Same goes for the person that buys a resold/retraded or regifted character/design/artwork. If you retrade, regift or resell, tell me who the new owner is.
The designs/characters/artworks you bought from me may not be used/re-published outside deviantart, toyhouse, furaffinity or tumblr. (exception is *personal* use, if you print it out for yourself to tape it to your wall or whatever) If you re-post or use it on another website, please link back to my deviantart or toyhouse and notify me.
NEVER erase my signature.
Refund and Chargeback: * If you return/chargeback what you paid for, you will loose all rights to use/draw the character/design/artwork. You will also be asked to delete all uncredited artwork of it and change the info of the credited artworks so that it is easily visible that the artwork/design/character doesn't belong to you (anymore). IF you don't do this, I withhold myself the right to mark you as a thief and inform everyone everywhere about it.
* If you chargeback something you've resold/traded/gifted, you must inform the new owner that he doesn't have the right to use the character/design/artwork anymore. Also, if you chargeback, I withhold myself the right to notify everyone everywhere about that. Asking for a refund with a valid reason is one thing, a chargeback is just plain rude. You won't get a refund for artwork/characters/designs from me that you re-sold/traded/gifted.
