ARCEUS POKESONA!!!!! (her name is pronouced "Are-see", like how you'd say RC.) I have a lot of pokemon ocs so i might as well make her :3 you can mostly find her in Hisui, just making Volo's life harder cause she thinks its funny!! She CAN be in present-day Sinnoh, she'd probably just continue messing around 💀. She is a part of the ACTUAL Arceus, however it has no say in what she does, unless its world ending (Like messing with Space and Time cause she thinks its funny), it will stop her.
