By commissioning me, you have read and agreed to my terms. Here's the gist of it that is important.
- Properly credit to Mochy on TH OR mochy.art on Instagram.
- Do not remove the artist signature.
- Do not commission the artist if you're impatient and uncertain regarding compensation.
- The artist has the right to refuse service.
- The client have to pay all upfront, no exceptions.
- There is a no refund policy unless the artist cancels or there is no progress made after 15 days.
- The artwork commissioned is intended solely for non-commercial use. As such, reproduction, merchandising or profit-making activities are strictly prohibited without obtaining prior consent.
- The artist has the right to use their art for showcase or example purposes, with proper watermarks.
