Story
Valarie was born in Denver,Colorado and was the daughter of Lorelei Madden and Noah Madden. Her life was normal for the most part but when she was around 5 her father killed himself, he had been suffering with depression for a while and everything was too overwhelming. After that is was just her and her mother, who seemed to be getting more and more distant every day. Valarie never made many friends, she was a pretty morbid kid and was overall quiet so no one really talked to her willingly. So when she satrted seeing a tall, dark figure hanging out in the corner of her room, she was estatic to see that someone wanted to talk to her. The dark figure was Zalgo but Valrie didn't know that at the time, she was only 7 after all. Zalgo pretended to care for her and she saw him as a father figure to her. One day he just stopped apearring though, she was heartbroken because of this and developed a major fear of being abandoned. As she got older, he mother was more emotionally abusive towards her, her mother had turned to drugs as a way to cope with her husband's death. Her mother made comments about her weight and never thought anything she did was good enough. Valarie developed anorexia because of this, not only because she was self concious about her weight, but also as a coping mechanism. Valarie turned to art as a way to vent and got really good at it, dedicating her weekends to staying in her room and painting. One day while her mother was having an outburst, she tore up all of Valarie's paintings as punishment and threw them away. With all of Valarie's art being destroyed, her body basically shutting down from starvation, and her mental state being at rock bottom, she started considering suicide. But before that could happen, Zalgo visited her for the first time in years. With Zalgo being the only person she could trust at the moment, she depended on him to somehow save her. Zalgo could tell that she was mentally weak and would be easy to manipulate so he told her to drink a vial of his blood and everything would be over, all of the misery she was in would be gone. She knew it was crazy but she was desperate for anything to help so she drank it. The first few days afterwards nothing too big happened and she was starting to think drinking Zalgo's blood didn't do anything. But she soo started to get hungrier than usual and extremely dizzy. Her entire body ached and she felt like she was about to die. She blacked out and when she came back into conciousness she was kneeling on the ground in front of her mother's bloody and mangaled corpse. Turns out she had turned into her zalgoid form because of her hunger and ended up eating her mother. Even if she had hated her mother, the fact that she ate her made Valarie break down and start actually losing her mind. Zalgo knew that he couldn't have someone like Valarie running amuck so her took her in and she know works for him. The reason why Zalgo had turned her into a zalgoid is because he needed more people to work for him and it's much easier to manipulate children when their younger into trusting him. Valarie considers Stripes and Lazari as her sisters even if they're not techincally related.
