Mercury

“I do hope you’ll continue to be a good ‘friend’. Because you know what happens if you don’t, right?”

Mercury is my character for Halls SMP season 6, which had a space theme. Mercury is one half of a whole; the body separated from his soul in exchange for his life, many years ago. Due to his distinct lack of a soul, Mercury feels very little to no emotions typical of a human. And thus, his only concern has become his own self-preservation and benefit. Thanks to the knowledge and skills he has acquired during his immortality, he has become a mastermind of manipulation and blackmail. He walks around with the face of a cheerful mailman, but secretly collects information from across the galaxy to use against people. His greatest conquest begins when he finds himself stranded on a strange planet, with secrets buried in every corner for him to exploit.
