Effie Miralles

Effie is the daughter of Cid and Maria, and is later adopted by Jaques. She is 3/4 South African and 1/4 Mexican. She is a bit of a brat and quite spiteful like her mother, but later she clams down to be more down to earth and values close relationships like her father. She enjoys wearing soft glam make up and athleisure outfits.  Ashe often styles her hair once her mother stops doing it for her.

For the majority of my story, she is a teenager.
