YA novel alien hybrids

From a dream I had in 2012 where people were kidnapped to become workers for this weird organization and turned into aliens (not necessarily in that order). Probably fueled by Maximum Ride and other such YA novels, haha. The protagonist of the dream ended up in the facility and had to try to break out, and along the way met some other weirdos
