Francesco's floating crown and shell on his tail are NOT optional and part of his design. Shell can be drawn on either side of tail.
Francesco is arrogant, sassy, and very sarcastic. He loves to piss others off just for fun, which includes pulling pranks. This Waterdog has no sense of danger, therefor is very ignorant when it comes to a life or death situation. Francesco also tends to be rather confident that he is the best, even though he's obviously not. He is also very flirtatious. On rare occasions he can be very gentle and loving to something (or someone) he likes. He is overprotective/possessive of what he thinks is his and won't hesitate to hurt you if it means he can keep it. This is mostly over precious jewels and jewelry.
Grown up and living at Tuscany Beaches in Italy, Francesco has grown use to life at the Italian Port city. He tends to avoid the 160,000 residents living in the area (he thinks they are weird), but is often seen at the beaches when there are very few humans around. His heritage-family tree wise-is currently unknown. He is assumed to be a self-appointed royal, as he has no proof (other than his crown- was is stolen? or a fake? we may never know).
