Biography

Mae is an incredibly quiet woman; so much so that she can often move throughout her house without making a noise. From a young age Mae became aware of the world and the people in it, and has always been quite reserved after realizing the power of words. Not wanting to make a fool of herself or her family, she often only spoke when spoken to and would only let her guard down when she was alone with her mothers. Despite her shy and anxious exterior she's quite fun to be around once you break down her walls.

Relationships

As one of the triplets Mae also has a feeling of guilt towards Ilse's current condition along with her siblings. While her mothers insist that it was all worth it to have them in their lives, Mae can't help but to get teary eyed when Ilse is especially tired and falls asleep while writing, or is so weak on some days that she needs help getting out of bed. Out of all her siblings, Mae insists on staying home with them (which Lynne and Ilse don't mind) in case something drastic happens.

Mae is often considered to be the baby of the family despite that title going to Kel (he was born last out of the triplets). When they were younger Mae often found herself staying close to Amelia, and this remains true even now as an adult. Something about Amelia calms her while being around Jackie and Kel can stress her out. Jackie's harsh personality makes her nervous and Kel's attitude can make her uncomfortable to approach. Despite this she loves her siblings very much.

Zeke is her baseball coach and someone she admires very much. Although you might not think it by looking at her, Mae seems like a completely different person when she's playing baseball. She always had an interest in the sport from afar but never felt like she'd fit in until Zeke offered to take her under his wing. Since then she's become a beloved player in the team, and she owes it all to Zeke.
Colt Grice sometimes fills in for Zeke if he's unable to coach on a certain day. Mae has a teeny tiny crush on him and it's on these days where she can sometimes get distracted while playing.

Prince Dante is another player on her baseball team, and is also one of Zeke's sons. She considers him a dear friend and even though she's older than him, she sometimes goes to him for advice.

Karim is someone her sibling Jackie works with in the Military Police, although they didn't meet through Jack. On one of her days off from work she stopped by at a local pizza shop for a snack and encountered the sweet younger Karim for the first time. Unbeknownst to her at the time but Karim also gained a crush on her the same time she gained a crush on him, and they awkwardly talked throughout her order and would occasionally glance at each other while she waited. Whenever they see each other they get very flustered, and it's obvious they like each other, so everyone's just kinda waiting for them to ask each other out.
