A notorious goofball and animal enthusiast, Firenze is a menace to both her subordinates and her fellow captains during their regular meetings.
Agents often roll their eyes witnessing her antics, and many complain about how such an unserious person could take charge of a department. Firenze is actually a serious worker under the surface - she always makes sure to finish her work and responsibilities before she starts messing around.

Firenze is an all round good natured person and fun to be around. She completely destroys the sterotypical image of the nerdy, uptight Information Team agent, but she's just as hard working as one would expect.
