a knightly bot who is fascinated by human legend and myth. thons need to perform heroism often gets thon into trouble.

the autobot cause is the single most important thing to einspur. not much is known about thons life pre-war, but during the war, einspur has become quite a figure. with a blazing heart that yearns for justice, thon fights for what is right, aligning with thons own ruleset and justifications. any act of violence is justified against anybody that thon deems "villainous," so thon tends to get a little intense on the battlefield, though ultimately, thon wants to do well, often looking to others for praise or encouragement. thon is incredibly chivalrous, though tends to butt heads with more grounded or realistic autobots, with a bit of an idealistic attitude towards the war and general goings-on among cybertron. thon truly believes that, especially with thon on their side, its only a matter of time until the autobots prevail. thon is happy following optimus, but tends to disagree when it comes to just how ruthless they should be towards the decepticons, namely against starscream -- somebody that thon has deemed thons rival and one true villain, one that thon must beat and win against.
once the autobots make contact with earth, einspur becomes entranced with human legends of gallant knights fighting ferocious dragons and saving princesses, men on horses going from village to village solving every problem there is to solve, before trotting away; masked heroes on motorcycles fighting ugly monsters while giving speeches about love and justice and planet earth. thons need to be heroic increases tenfold, often protecting any human that may be caught in the fray, and generally maintaining a good relationship with any that may be working alongside the autobots. thon ultimately sees them as weaker, and that thon is the best one to protect them. einspur believes that the autobots were drawn to earth for refuge for one reason -- to be a shield, to protect, to maintain their future where they couldnt maintain theirs. in a post-war setting on earth, einspur works closely with resistance groups, environmentalists, etc. thon also enjoys a good renaissance faire.
