Cynthia is Luna's mother. A secluded individual who mostly kept to herself. While she did have behaviors many would consider 'strange', most considered her to be a good person.
A 'normal' person... That is, until someone set fire to her town.
She was very perturbed as to why anyone would do that in the first place. After all, Moonglade was such a lovely and peaceful town.
People reported her 'acting out' and accusing others of 'absolute nonsense', up until the day of her disappearance 20 years ago.
