Appearance
Adonis has a strong build and a wide frame, with strong arms, shoulders, and chest. Tan and various brown scales cover his whole body in an iridescence which he’s proud of. Four horns and three spikes adorn his face and head, sitting above a slim snout and small, frilled ears on a long neck. Sharp claws and teeth contribute to his ferocious — but elegant — appearance.
Personality
Self-centered and often vain, Adonis has an alluring personality. He’s good with words and appreciates those who so are, specially those who dispense praise and flattery. He’s usually composed with a menacing aura, but will turn to violence if he judges it necessary. Above all, Adonis is analytical, proud, and dominating.
Background
I. The beginning
1946 - Just a year after the end of World War II, Adonis is born. Coming from a family of italian immigrants, his upbringing takes place in a relatively poor household in a young italian-american neighborhood.
II. The money
1972 - Adonis, now a young financial broker, is ascending in Wall Street. His intelligence and ethics lead to a stroke of luck in a job for an important client. The commission from that job, along with his management and investment ability, was enough for him to retire a short time later.
III. The empire
1986 - Now equipped with resources and a prowess to conduct businesses, Adonis embarks in the world of nightlife and it’s dark affairs. Starting with the opening of his first (and most famous) bar, he quickly gained his title of “King of Nightlife”. But behind the fame and success, there’s a seasoned crime boss who will do anything to maintain his power. Adonis is, now, 40 years old.
