Nn's Ownership

1. all designs I make are my designs if you have someone else edit the design that doesn't mean they designed the original! Please keep me credited!

2. If you choose to sell one of my designs do not sell it for more than you bought it for unless you've commissioned Extra art of them!! (you can add any artwork you personally do to the value.) BASE MADE ART DOESN'T COUNT!!!

3. Please don’t buy my designs just to resell them/use them for trade

4. No MAJOR design changes!! you may make minor Edits but not to the point where the character is no longer recognizable!!! Please dm me if unsure!

5. Payment plans r fine if we talk about it before hand! I’ll ask for a non refundable deposit though

6. if adopt is not paid for within 24 hrs I will give it to the next highest bidder or offer I am most interested in!! If you offer art I ask that you give me a date in which you can get the art done by!! I may or may not ask for WIPS if it's taking a while ( over 3 months)

7. Don't add your own rules to my designs!! Ex. "do not sell/trade" "trade back to me if you don't want any more" you can be asked to be notified if a design is uft/ufo/ufs but you can not force them to give it back to you!

8. My designs MUST stay on toyhouse! Please don’t remove or hide them (authorize me if that’s ur thing but don’t hide my designs)

9. If I gift you a design they MUST come back to me, unless more art has been added BUT I MUST BE NOTIFIED FIRST. If you get GIFTED a design their worth is 0 until you add art

10. Failure to pay for a design within 24hrs will result in a strike. I will only give out 2 strikes. Fail to pay twice and you're added to my blacklist
