Also known as Capitan Kaminami. His crew is engaged in collecting stars that fallen into the deep sea (just like star fragments from animal crossing)
They're later used in creation of glowing stain glass and other home decorations.
He's a charismatic, natural leader, but also a greedy pirate that loves whenever he's back to port with a huge stack of glowing stars that is about to be sold for a small fortune.
