He commits guerilla acts of urbanism like painting crosswalks and bike lanes. He's working on gaining traction on onlyfans (showing off his buff biker legs) so he can get enough funds to actually hire contractors to install more sidewalks and bike racks. He doesn’t have permission to do any of this, by the way. He's tried getting things done the "right way" but was tired of how slow the process is with nothing really getting done so he's put it all on himself to get results. He can be a total menace to the NIMBYs and city council but at least his heart is in the right place.
