traits: Curious and energetic, Crow does not like to stay put for very long. He likes to run around and play and make new friends. Crow also loves to learn new battle techniques and ways of fighting because it interests him. He is rebellious as well, and likes to sneak away at night. However, he still takes his job as a member of the Fire Squad very seriously. Very protective of friends, family, and those in need.

history: Was born into a small "herd" consisting of his mother and older sister. Would always wander around at night. On one of these little 'adventures' he met a colt by the name of Keshav (Indi). Moved to Tremala Woods with his family and joined the Fire Squad which was started by former Neutral King, Lord Mortif (Bru). Transferred to The Haunted Battlefield, which was the Task Force headquarters, while his family remained in Tremala Woods. There, he trained and became stronger physically and mentally. He befriended his mentor, The Bloodstained Soldier of Elegance and Decay, more commonly known as Decay, and did his best to help him see positivity. He also became quite friendly with two young girls who lived in The Haunted Battlefield as well, Kaelea (Indi) and Rascal. Rascal's father, Chester, wasn't too happy to have him around her at first, being the protective father that he was, but soon realized there was nothing about friendship between them... though that still didn't mean he wanted them alone. Crow was more interested in the other girl, Kaelea (Indi), though he never mentioned it, figuring they were both so young and he had to focus on his training, anyway. Plus the girl's mother, Karina (Indi), kind of intimidated him despite her elderly age.
The Fire Squad became allies with the Versai through a buckskin mare who called herself Allocen and through her they heard about a mare named Willow (Indi) who was currently enslaved by a brute named Carnallust the Charmer in a horrid place named the Whore House. Decay told Crow not to venture there until they had enough backup but Crow grew anxious, unable to get the mare out of his thoughts, so he did something he still regrets to this day. At two years old, just approaching his third birthday, he ventured to the Whore House to try and gather information on Willow (Indi) and the other slaves. He thought he had gotten into the territory unnoticed and quickly found the liver chestnut mare. She was reluctant to talk to him at first but after she realized he was there to help, she relaxed. Kind of. Until she found out that he was there by himself. Then she told him to leave, threatening to kill him herself if he ever came back alone. Crow was taken aback by this but didn't have much time to think about what she said because that was when Charm decided to appear. Crow was surprised a beast as big as the shire could move that quickly... He was attacked ruthlessly, his younger and smaller body nearly crumpling under the assault. He was beaten nearly to death but just when he thought Charm was going to kill him, the monster forced him to his feet as others appeared and forced him to leave Willow behind to the "mercy" of her master. The guards were cruel as well. One of them in particular, a big black brute, took a bite out of his right shoulder and ate it. They didn't kill him, though, and instead told him to leave and to never come back. (thread in progress)
He has no idea how he made it back home. There was a three inch tear in the left side of his neck, a small laceration above his left eye, two broken ribs on his left side, swollen knees, plus the bite to his shoulder. He had barely made it over the border into the Haunted Battlefield, a light rain falling from the dark sky above him, before he collapsed, exhausted and in shock. He was found moments later by Kae (Indi). (thread in progress)

Carnallust the Charmer: The leader of The Whore House. Crow tried to make a rescue attempt for Willow but was found and attacked by Charm and his guards, nearly killed.
Chester: Another herd member of The Haunted Battlefield. The father of his friend, Rascal. Chester did not like him at first because he was protective of his daughter but after learning that Crow was a gentleman and wanted nothing more than friendship with his daughter, he became much more friendly.
Halona: His older half-sister. He considers her one of his best friends.
Kaelea: Another herd member. Karina's daughter and Rascal's friend. He's developed a crush on her but hasn't mentioned it. She was the one that helped to nurse him back to health after he was nearly killed in The Whore House trying to rescue Willow.
Karina: Another herd member. Kaelea's elderly mother. Crow has much respect for her and very much wants her to like him since he has a thing for her daughter.
Keshav: Crow met Keshav when they were both young colts. Crow had wandered away at night from his mother and sister and found Keshav and brought him back to his family. They've been together ever since and Crow considers him one of his best friends and a brother.
Lord Mortif: The former Neutral King that established the Fire Squad and gave his mother, sister, and brother a home.
Nelly: His mother who he adores.
Rascal: Another herd member, a good friend of his and Chester's daughter.
Tefached: One of Charm's guards. The one that took a bite out of his shoulder and ate it.
The Bloodstained Soldier of Elegance and Decay: His herd leader and mentor; also the leader of the Fire Squad.
Willow/Maribeth: The mare that Crow attempted to rescue from Charm.
