Sanoi

Sanoi is a somewhat well-known storm chaser, earning herself the nickname “the rainbow after the storm” due to her often acting as a first responder in disastrous situations and her tendency to stick around and aid any town ailing after a storm before setting off again.

What Sanoi is really chasing isn't the storms but rather her twin brother, Ionas, who happens to bring the storms. Sanoi firmly believes that she can help break his curse. But as she is constantly delayed due to her helpful nature, she can never quite catch up to him.
