for clarification it states you cannot make money off of the base by using it as a ych for pre-existing characters so charging people money to color in their characters is not allowed, charging people money to color in their oc as a refsheet isn’t allowed etc 

if you were to create a character that’s fine, if you were to create a character and sell it that’s fine too it classifies as an adopt !

hello i just tested it out and it worked perfectly fine for me !! when you save the psd files to your files send a copy to the application you want to use it in, it should either open the app for you or you’ll have to open the app manually where it will ask “Import psd files?” or something along those lines click, whatever version for you is is allow (yes, sure, etc) and the files should open correctly
