Terms of service

This is my terms of service tab, by doing business with me you agree to these terms, please also check out the blacklist tab as well, especially in regards to my designs!

Art terms

You agree to the following:

• Before doing business with me please know that I suffer from Visual snow, it can make it hard for me to see what I am drawing sometimes, if I missed something please let me know.
• In doing business with me such as trades or commissioning me, you agree to having a ref sheet of your character that is not generated by Ai or done on stolen bases. This does not apply to receiving a custom design from me of course.
• Artwork from me is not for you to use for commercial use, you can make slight edits like filters or cropping for pfps or censoring nudity etc.
• You agree to pay for your commission after approving the sketch.
• In doing business with me, you agree to communicating about the art piece, if you don’t like something about it, or want to poke me for an update, please let me know (Just not daily, that may overwhelm me)

Design terms

You agree to the following:

• When I am the designer of a design, you can not prevent me from being credited as such (this happened)
• When you receive a design with my artwork, you can not delete my artwork, if you dislike my old art that much, move it into a character gallery tab away from the main gallery for your comfort
• When you receive one of my designs you can make slight alterations, you can change gender, species, body type, I really don’t mind, just keep me credited As the designer for the original design.
• When you receive a design of mine, do not hike up the price unrightfully, this means if you or others have added nothing to the character since you received it(free or trade art counts to value), You do not get to make the value higher than it is.
• Do not delete or completely hide my designs, I would prefer to have a visible list of my designs when people go to click the designs tab on my profile.
