the creator of the Bel and main antagonist of the world
"If you won't shut up yourself, then I won't hesitate to make you." Name: Chito Jugen Aliases/Titles: Creator of Bel Gender: Female Age: ??? Affiliation: Bel Powers: w.i.p. but it's something like the ability to use her words as weapons and making that which she speaks into reality. Also she can control every Bel Skills: Very, very intelligent in every way(strategy, academically, socially, you name it). She's also very perceptive(physically, emotionally, and socially) and a quick learner. She's good at fighting, typically using kunai or something similar if she must use a weapon. Given enough time, she can create and modify Bel as she pleases, possessing several special variants for her personal use Personality: Chito, having grown tired of the world, has decided to pour her effort into making it burn. Her only desire is to make everyone suffer as much as the ordinary life she had caused her to suffer (at least, in her perspective. She's gone far beyond this). She is incredibly intelligent and knows it, and as a result cannot fathom that she would ever be wrong. Chito doesn't care much for how exactly the Bel wreak havoc around the world, only that they do it. This being said, Chito is incredibly possessive of her creation, and will spare no effort in destroying anyone who tries to take control of them or use them for their own gain, even if their goals align with her own. She looks down on all she perceives as lesser than her (which is about everyone). Chito possesses nothing but disdain for the world, but although she desires to see it suffer, she takes no particular pleasure in watching it. Most of her time is spent on her own, creating Bel or ensuring no one has taken them. But should anyone find her, she cares not to listen to their words, instead acting on her deepest desire around anyone else: making them shut up. Family: -- Friends: -- Enemies: Contrabel, the world at large, Ael, Alannis Annoyances: Slow people, stupid people, ordinary people, etc. she hates basically everyone Other: -The main antagonist of the story and creator of the Bel -Contrabel is actually fairly ignorant as to her existence. They don't know she's behind creating the Bel -Letting Ael and Alannis live are what Chito views as her only two mistakes. She intends to correct them as soon as possible, and as a result has a particular desire to kill them both -She experiments on herself from time to time using the knowledge she's gained from creating Bel, which is why she looks like that despite being born a full human -The triangles on her outfit are mainly what grant her control over the Bel. She takes care to keep them in working condition -Spends most of her time in solitude, just as she likes -While it's unknown exactly how old she is, she was born before Contrabel even existed (since Contrabel was created to combat the Bel, which Chito created) -Ael hates Chito, but doesn't know that she's the creator of the Bel. All he knows is that she ruined his life and he wants revenge
Design Notes: -Please ignore the fact that the ref looks like there's a bunch of wind in it (as you can probably tell, I just stole it from one of my drawings) -Some of her hair is in a ponytail, while some of it is loose -There are several different blues in her hair, and they're gradients, no solid colors -Her gloves go up most of her arm. The palms of the gloves look unique(shown on ref), while the rest is a solid color -The corruption/dark stuff on her skin doesn't have to be exact, it just has to be present -Her eyes are not both the same. Her left eye (our right) has an extra blue circle in it -She has a tail -The vials on her outfit all contain liquid Bel that she created (basically liquid monsters that she can use as she pleases) -You could call the blue flowy stuff on her waist a skirt, but it doesn't go all the way around. It's just on the sides, not in the middle
